I get emails all the time asking for my recommendations as to where to find the very best food on the Central Coast of California.  And you know that I believe in living a quality life.  Everything I do or eat for that matter has to be the best.  If time or budget are a constraint I always prefer to stay home and make a salad as opposed to eating at a fast food joint!

 Food, wine, and life should all be savored and enjoyed!  Otherwise why bother!  So here are my absolute favorite restaurants on the central coast, if you want my Oregon, Hawaii or Laguna Beach favorites all you have to-do is ask!

So here you have it.  Giuseppe's a very popular destination in Pismo beach has delicious seasonal appetizers along with remarkable presentations on each and every meticulously prepared dish as well as friendly service staff.  They also have an exquisite bar with bartenders that serve an array of the finest mixed drinks and cocktails.  I always enjoy my experience at Giuseppe's and I highly recommend the butternut Squash ravioli, the Muscles and the stuffed mushrooms as an unforgettable meal.  And top that off with one of their luscious deserts!  I recommend getting the Creme Brule and a dessert cafe!  Enjoy, they also deliver and cater!

 Another favorite is definitely Oasis in San Luis Obispo.  I am a huge fan because I love the food quality and I always feel like a sultan because they have rich red and gold fabrics draping all the way from the ceiling on down the walls.  And their comfy long wall seating makes you just melt into another world. 

You have to try their chick pea soup and the hummus as well as dolmas.  And if you happen to make it there on Fri or a Saturday you will have a show as well.  That's right belly dancers shake and shimmy and really make you feel like you have been swept to another place and time.
