Earth Day Food and Wine Festival
April 15-17, 2011
Rev up your taste buds for an exceptional celebration at the 5th Annual Earth Day Food & Wine Festival on April 16, 2011. Indulge in unlimited samples of seasonally based dishes, taste from over 150 Central Coast wines, kick up your heels to live music, and visit with farmers who nurture a healthy environment. Held at Pomar Junction Vineyard & Winery in Templeton, California, the event is conveniently located on California’s scenic Central Coast.
Appreciate this event’s minimal footprint through the plastic reduction policy, extensive recycling and compost program, solar powered entertainment stage, and countywide shuttle services. Barrel tastings, cooking demonstrations, concerts, and farm tours complement the main festival and take place throughout weekend.
Event proceeds support research, demonstration, and farm worker outreach programs of the Central Coast Vineyard Team, a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to sustainable winegrowing since 1994.

The Paso Robles Wine Festival is one of the largest outdoor wine festivals
in California with a unique character that makes this Paso Robles wine
country’s marquee event of the year. The event, held annually at the Paso
Robles City Park on the third Saturday of May, offers guests the opportunity
to taste wines from more than 90 Paso Robles wineries in a beautiful
downtown setting. The weekend begins with the annual Wine Festival Golf
Tournament on Friday, followed by the tasting event in the park on
Saturday. The entire weekend is surrounded with individual events at the

The Paso Robles Wine Festival weekend, the third weekend in May, is a

Atascadero Wine Festival
June 2008
Held the 4th full weekend in June at the Atascadero Lake Park. Friday
morning kicks off a Golf Tournament at the Championship Golf Course, Chalk
Mountain. Friday evening a dinner featuring area chefs and local wines
paired to be enjoyed in an exquisite setting of the Sunken Gardens, then

Central Coast Wine Classic
July 10-13
The 2008 Central Coast Wine Classic is scheduled for Thursday
through Sunday, July 10 through 13. The annual Black-Tie Dinner at
Hearst Castle will be held Thursday, July 10, and the rare & Fine
Wine & Lifestyle Auction will be held at the Host Auction Venue, the
Avila Beach Resort, in Avila Beach on Saturday, July 12. The 2007
Central Coast Wine Classic reached and topped the holy grail of
charity wine auctions by gaveling over one million dollars in
auction bids, thereby placing the annual food and wine extravaganza
among the top such auctions in America. The comprehensive food, wine
and lifestyle event featured a broad spectrum of activities,
including Dinner at Hearst Castle and multiple fine wine-oriented
educational symposia, luncheons and winery dinners. The 2008

attended the Baileyana Diner.
She enjoyed breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean at Pelican Point
restaurant while celebrating the release of the new 2006 tangent varietals along with
the award winning
Grand Firepeak Cuveé wines. Their Roll out The Barrels winery dinner was
held on Friday May 4th at 7pm. This one-of-a-kind evening featured
both Baileyana and tangent varietals paired with the cuisine of the
